Large SIPA Operation in BiH, 15 Suspects arrested

Sarajevo, June 3, 2025 – Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), together with police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Tuzla Canton, today launched an operational operation codenamed “Mula” in the area of ​​Živinice and Banovići.

Searches of residential and ancillary buildings and movable property at 18 locations in connection with 15 suspects are underway, SIPA announced.

Operational operation “Mula” is being conducted by order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that the criminal offense of “Organized Crime” was committed in connection with the criminal offense of “Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs” prescribed by the Criminal Code of BiH.

As stated by SIPA, more information will be released during the day after the operation is completed.
