parlament fbihA special session of the House of Representatives is scheduled for 12 April at the FBIH Parliament where a law on favorable retirement of soldiers will be presented.

“Whether and to what extent the text of the law will be innovated will depend on there would be more discussions in the meantime between Veterans Associations’’, said a representative of the FBiH government and relevant parliamentary committees’’, said the President of the Association of War Invalids of BiH Ale Hošić.

Interested parties spoke last week after there was a lack of majority support for the law in the House of Representatives.

The enactment of the law is a condition for the next tranche of the stand-by agreement that BiH has with the International Monetary Fund.
