Lawyer Vasvija Vidović was released from the premises of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This was confirmed for Klix.ba by her lawyer Nina Karačić Brković.

Vidović was questioned by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina today, and a restraining order was requested for her.

Lawyer Vasvija Vidović was detained earlier in the premises of SIPA because of the phone, which it was determined whether she had illegally tried to take it out of SIPA.

She came as a defense attorney for the President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ranko Debevec.

We remind you that Debevec and the former head of BiH Intelligence Agency Osman Mehmedagić were arrested on Monday evening, by order of the State Prosecutor’s Office. So far, the information is known that they are being charged with abuse of office related to illegal wiretapping of judges of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and employees of the Prosecutor’s Office.

Chief State Prosecutor Milenko Kajganić stated that Mehmedagić and Debevec are accused of having committed criminal acts of abuse of office in 2020 by illegally eavesdropping on judges of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and officials of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina during the implementation of actions in the cases of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
