The Cantonal Public Utility Company “Sarajevogas” still has a limited supply of gas from the supplier “Energoinvest” Sarajevo, which is insufficient to supply all customers in the Sarajevo Canton, especially in a period when there is a significant drop in temperature.

In order to preserve the gas system and ensure the supply of gas to customers who do not have the opportunity to use alternative fuels, “Sarajevogas” asked “Toplana-Sarajevo”, as well as certain economic and business entities that are big consumers, to limit daily gas consumption.

They point out that a number of “Toplana-Sarajevo” boiler rooms have already switched to the use of alternative fuels since yesterday, in accordance with the quantities available to consumers in the Sarajevo Canton, “Sarajevogas” stated.
