The mayor of Livno announced a public call for subsidizing the acquisition of the first residential property for young families and single parents in the Livno area.

As they stated, acquiring the first residential property means buying an apartment or house and building a house.

The city of Livno will co-finance the acquisition of the first residential property in the amount of up to 100 BAM per 1 m2, and a maximum of 65 m2 of living space will be subsidized, with the provision that this amount per user cannot exceed 6,500 BAM.

“Purchasing an apartment/house means a purchase in the event that the seller of the apartment/house is not related to the applicant nor related to the second spouse in the straight line, i.e. up to the third degree of kinship in the collateral line. Building a house is defined as building a house from from the foundation to the roof,” it was emphasized.

The deadline for submitting applications is twenty days from the publication of the public call on the notice board of the City of Livno, ending on June 18, 2024.
