The Market Inspectorate of Republika Srpska entity (RS) imposed fines of 15,000 BAM each for two traders for failing to comply with the entity government’s decision to regulate prices, according to Avaz news portal.

In one case, pharmacists were fined 1,000 BAM for failing to issue a fiscal account, the entity Inspectorate said.

Over the weekend, they conducted 32 controls of shopping centers, pharmacies and other shops to verify compliance with the RS Government’s regulation on price regulation.

“We draw the attention of traders that they can expect an inspector’s visit at any time,” was stated from the Inspectorate, warning that any violation will be strictly sanctioned.
