Mass Protests against the right-wing continue in the Great Britain

Thousands of demonstrators gathered across Britain on Saturday to protest recent riots against immigrants and Muslim communities blamed on the far right after a knife attack in Southport that killed three children.

Demonstrators gathered in several cities, including London, carrying banners and flags to mark the recent rise in racially motivated attacks in England, showing solidarity against hatred and division.

Britain has been gripped by its worst wave of riots in 13 years, with far-right protesters attacking asylum seekers and ethnic minority communities across the country.

The riots were fueled by false claims circulating online that the suspect arrested in the July 29th deaths of three children in the seaside town of Southport was a Muslim asylum seeker. This misinformation set off a dangerous wave of violence and heightened tensions across the United Kingdom (UK).

Authorities have since identified the attacker as Axel Rudakuban, a 17-year-old born in Cardiff, Wales, to Rwandan parents, helping to calm the situation.
