The head of Bugatti Rimac and Rimac Technology, Mate Rimac, posted photos on Facebook showing how the construction of his 200 million euro Campus in Sveta Nedelja near Zagreb is progressing.
“The roof is done, and the 40MW transformer station is almost finished. The first phase of the Campus should be completed by the end of the year, and the first production lines should be moved in soon after. The Campus space is already fully allocated and we are now working on additional facilities of a similar or larger area,” Rimac announced on Facebook.
As previously announced by the company, when it is completed, Rimac Campus will be the headquarters of Bugatti Rimac and Rimac Technology.
At the same time, it will be one of the largest research, development, and production complexes in Europe, and not only in the automotive industry.

Rimac previously announced that he wants to gather all his employees and functions in one unique location and that it will embody all Rimac values. The new complex will be a base for research, development, and production, and will allow the company to grow from the production of prototypes and projects in smaller series to the mass production of high-performance electric powertrains and battery systems for numerous global automotive companies.
The new location is located on a plot of 200.000 square meters, while the built-up area will reach about 100.000 square meters. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
