The Mayor of Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zijad Nišić made a decision to declare July 11, 2023 as the Day of Mourning in the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Day of Mourning is marked by the mandatory display of the flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina at half-mast, i.e. the mast on the buildings of the Government and institutions of the Brčko District of BiH.
Media houses in the territory of the Brčko District of BiH and organizers of cultural, artistic and sports events in the territory of the Brčko District of BiH are obliged to adapt their program content to the Day of Mourning.
