SIPA Police arrested Six Persons in BiH for Illicit Trafficking

Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today conducted searches at eight locations in the area of ​​Sarajevo, Maglaj and Bijeljina, and six people were arrested.

The suspects are charged with the criminal offenses of “Illicit Trafficking” and “Co-perpetration”.

During the search operation “Pills”, SIPA police officers discovered and temporarily confiscated 15,635 Euros and 7,040 BAM, one pistol, six mobile phones, and a large quantity of preparations or drugs that are not licensed for marketing in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The arrested were taken to the SIPA premises for criminal processing and interrogation as suspects, after which they will be handed over to the acting prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
