The meeting between representatives of BiH, Croatia and the European Commission will center on the open issues between BiH and Croatia after the country enters the European Union will take place in Brussels.

The Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Zlatko Lagumdžija will lead the BiH Delegation, and the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić will head the Croatian Delegation, while the European Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood Policy Stefan Füle will lead the European Commission Delegation.

The BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the agenda of this meeting will be the issue of progress in the construction and putting into operation the border crossing between Gradiška and Bijača, progress in negotiations with Croatia on the conclusion of agreements on border traffic and the agreement on border crossings at the bilateral level.

They will speak about the draft EU legislation on the occasion of the special transport regime referring to the port of Ploče, which was presented 19 December 2012.

The last trilateral meeting was held at a technical level in Brussels on 19 December last year, when a common position was presented to allow the unimpeded crossing of goods from BiH through the Ploče port even after Croatia’s entry to the EU.
