The meeting of representatives of the Coalition od Three parties, SDP BiH Nermin Nikšić, People and Justice Elmedin Konaković and Our Party Edin Forto, with SNSD president Milorad Dodik and HDZ president Dragan Čović, has ended.

Čović advocates the expulsion of foreign judges from the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina
HDZ President Dragan Čović said that they have looked at the labor problems.

“Topics must not be avoided. When it comes to the future of Europe, we must answer all 14 questions. And I am not here to support something or not, I am here to respect the Constitution, until we get the opportunity to make a different solution. Together we are aware of all the differences between us, we need to do what is best as soon as possible,” Cović said.

When asked if he imitates the decisions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, Čović says that he is not there to support or not support something.

“I respect the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Covic said.

He also said that he advocates the expulsion of foreign judges from the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Dodik: You will never receive the property of Republika Srpska

SNSD President Milorad Dodik said after the meeting that it was very important to hold a meeting of the coalition partners and that they discussed important issues.

On the agenda were the priorities that BiH must fulfill on the way to the EU, he pointed out.

Dodik said that they have different views, and that they are here because of the complete cleansing of BiH from foreigners.

“If the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina acts, we will defend ourselves by passing a law”.

The Republika Srpska is not backing down and we will not respect the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, said the President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik.

He also mentioned the verbal conflict between him and Minister Helez, which, according to him, ended with an apology from both sides.

Nikšić: An attack on institutions is a line we cannot cross

We want to solve the problems through discussion, said SDP president Nermin Nikšić.

“We have not reached any political agreements today,” he pointed out at the beginning of his address to journalists.

Representatives from Republika Srpska refused to withdraw the law blocking the work of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and from now on everyone will lead their own legal battle, he emphasized.

“A blow to the institutions is a red line that we cannot cross. We will certainly not give in.”

Konaković: The NARS decision is a blow to the BiH Constitution

The President of the People and Justice party, Elmedin Konaković, said after the meeting that those who violate the constitution want to hide behind the NARS, but that they can only hide in a small area of the RS entity.

“This is a blow to the Constitution and I appeal to them not to do it. The statements of representatives from the RS are not unexpected, even though they have no reason or meaning,” Konaković said, adding that all those who defend such decisions are in trouble.
