Meeting of FBiH Leaders Tomorrow in OHR to Discuss Constitutional Judges

LawThe Vice-President of the FBiH Mirsad Kebo sent a proposal on 27 March to the President of the FBiH Živko Budimir to name Dr. Edina Muminović, a professor at the University of Sarajevo as a judge in the FBiH Constitutional Court.

Although a meeting was announced to take place soon between the FBiH Presidnet and the Vice Presidents of the FBiH Svetozar Pudarić and Mirsad Kebo, where they would also talk about the appointment of Muminović, the exact time and date of the meeting is not yet known.

“Nothing has been scheduled yet’’, announced the Spokesperson for the FBiH President Živko Budimir Laura Bošnjak.

She added that on 3 April there will be a meeting of leaders of the FBiH with OHR representatives.

They will speak about filling the posts for the FBiH Constitutional Court.
