Officially announced, Meho Kodro is new first head professional of FC Sarajevo. Kodro is known as a former striker of Velež, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Tenerifa, Alavesa and Maccabi from Tel Aviv.
In his trainer career, he was assistant to the coaching staff of Real Madrid, and later he coached youth but also a B team in the same club.
Also, he spent a year as a coach the football team of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In his successful football career, he wore jersey of the national team of Yugoslavia as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A difficult task will be put in front of Kodro – to win the championship of BiH on stadium Kosevo. FC Sarajevo fans are waiting for this since 2007.
