Meho Kodro is the new coach of the Swiss club Servette. Former coach of the national football team BiH will take over the bench on the 5th of January.
“The objectives of the President and the Board are clear, we must raise the level of performance and quality. I’m proud to work in this club and I want to transfer my experience to the players,” said Kodro, as reported by Goal.
Servette is playing in the second Swiss league, and after 18 rounds they are in the fifth place with 25 points.
Meho Kodro was the coach of the national team of BiH in 2008. He led the reserve team of Real Sociedad from 2010 to 2013, while in the 2014/15 season he worked in the Premier League of BiH, where he led FC Sarajevo.
Zlatan Bajramovic also found coach engagement and he became assistant coach to Mirko Slomka in Karlsruher. The contract was signed until the year of 2018.
“We know Zlatan from time when we worked together in HSV. He was assistant to me and Mirko Slomka. He is a great professional and a good person,” said Oliver Kreuzer, athletic director of Karlsruher.
