Members of BiH Border Police arrested Six Persons

Members of the BiH Border Police arrested six persons for whom a search warrant was issued.

Members of the Border Police arrested a man whose initials are S.Ć at the Sarajevo airport because the Ministry of Interior of the Una-Sana Canton issued a warrant for him for the criminal offense of robbery.

Arrested S.Ć. arrived at the Sarajevo airport yesterday on a flight from Vienna and will be handed over to the competent authority during the day, the Border Police of BiH announced.

Yesterday, Z.M. was arrested at the Novi Grad border crossing while leaving Bosnia and Herzegovina. Because the checks established that the MoI of the Una-Sana Canton issued a search warrant for him for the criminal offense of assault on an official in the performance of security duties. The arrested person was handed over to the officers of the Velika Kladuša Police Department.

B.R. was arrested at the Gradiška border crossing because he is required by the Basic Court in Gradiška to serve a prison sentence. The person was handed over to the officers of the Banjaluka Judicial Police District Center.

When leaving Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Brod border crossing, S.H. was arrested, after it was established that he was wanted by the Basic Court in Teslić in order to serve a prison sentence. The person was handed over to the officers of the Doboj Judicial Police District Center.

On Saturday, February 25, the border police arrested a man whose initials are M.O. on a flight from Hamburg at Banjaluka Airport, because it was established that the Orašje Police Station issued a search warrant for him for the crime of theft. He was handed over to the officers of the Laktasi Police Station.

At the Orašje border crossing on Friday, February 24, a man, M.G., was arrested because he is required by the Basic Court in Zvornik to serve a prison sentence. He was handed over to the officers of the Bijeljina Judicial Police District Center.
