Members of the Mountain Rescue Service of Canton Sarajevo (CS), who were on a rescue mission in the Republic of Turkey, yesterday successfully arrived at the Sarajevo airport.

As they pointed out in their Facebook post, the members of the CS Mountain Rescue Service decided a long time ago to fully contribute to life, to live and work together.

“Long ago we recognized the good and decided to follow it. We are not history. We are the future. We are Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH),” they said, among other things, in their announcement from the Istanbul airport.

Rescuers – heroes were welcomed at the Sarajevo airport by the Director of the Cantonal Administration of Civil Protection of CS, Dzenan Brkanic, who gave each of them deep respect.

It was he who, nine days ago, accompanied them on this difficult, but above all humane task.
