Members of the Presidency of BiH met with Varhelyi in Turkey

Members of the Presidency of BiH, Sefik Dzaferovic and Milorad Dodik, talked in Antalya with the EU Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Olivér Varhelyi.

Members of the Presidency of BiH and Commissioner Varhelyi discussed the current political situation and the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum in Antalya.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the reform processes in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the modalities for improving the work and functioning of all levels of government in order to gain candidate status for Bosnia and Herzegovina as soon as possible.

Members of the Presidency of BiH reiterated their commitment to intensify activities on the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is in the interest of all its citizens.

The EU Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement called on members of the BiH Presidency to speed up work on reforms needed to gain candidate status. Concrete steps and progress on the European path are in the interest of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the region, as well as the European Union, it was concluded during the meeting.
