Handover was attended by Police Commissioner of the MIA’s Police Administration of CS, Mevludin Halilovic, together with associates, members of the CS Government, headed by Prime Minister, Elmedin Konakovic.

Residents of Sarajevo will soon notice a new design of police vehicles in the streets that have a new visual identity, and which will help police in completing daily tasks.

The vehicles of the MIA of CS have had the current look since the late 1990s, so it was time to redesign it. The new vehicle color will be dominant black with red details.

The new cars costed about three million BAM, and the vehicles were purchased from company Porsche BH.

For this year, budget for the procurement of an additional 50 cars for the need of special and other units is planned.
