The Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Republika Srpska, Alen Seranic, stated today that in Republika Srpska, more than 258,860 citizens received the first dose of the vaccine against the coronavirus, while 167,279 were revaccinated.

At the press conference after the Government session, Seranic pointed out that between 4,200 and 4,700 people are vaccinated daily in RS.

“Health centers have all types of vaccines available, so we appeal to citizens to get vaccinated. There is no need to hesitate and postpone vaccination, because it will be very difficult to vaccinate people in September, if the situation from March or April is repeated and if we have to redirect our capacities to taking care of the sick, “said Seranic.

According to him, the data show that the least among the patients are those who have been vaccinated, BHRT writes.
