Six-year-old Ismail Zulfic, also known as “Butterfly” in BiH, was declared as the most promising athlete in BiH in the Selection of athletes of the year with people with disabilities, which is organized by the Sport Union of Disabled Persons of the FBiH.

Ismail was born without his arms, but his persistence, strength, and desire for success should be an example for everyone on how to bravely go through life despite all the obstacles.

He learned to swim as a member of SC Spid and then he started competing and winning numerous medals. Today, he is able to swim the entire Olympic pool without any problems. After that, he learned to ski as well.

All the world media from America to China wrote about Ismail, as well as about SC Spid whose founder Amel Kapo put a lot of love and effort in it with the aim to make all children feel equal.

Ermin Jusufovic was selected as the best senior in the male competition for the best athlete with disability.
