Mirza Basic in the Semifinals of the Challenger in Turkey

Mirza Basic Semifinals in Turkey radiosarajevo.baThe BH tennis player Mirza Basic yesterday in Turkey defeated the Turk Ilhan Marcel with a result of 2:1 (6:4, 6:7, 6:3).

It is the quarterfinals of the ATP Challenger tournament in Izmir worth 64.000 EUR. The BH tennis player reached it after defeating the Croatian tennis player Matija Pecotic with a result of 2:1 (3:6, 6:3, 7:5).

Marcel is currently the best Turkish tennis player, and he is currently at the 84th position on the ATP list, while Basic is in 148th place.

The BH tennis player will meet with the Romanian Marius Copil in the semifinals today. The 24-year-old is at the 176th position on the ATP list, and he came to playing with Basic after a convincing triumph over the Uzbek Farrukh Dustov.

The second semifinal pair is Czech Lukas Lacko and the Tunisian Malek Jaziri. The meeting will be held on today at 12 a.m.
