With the financial assistance of the International Financial Corporation (IFC), Microcredit Foundation (MKF) Partner became one of the five-microcredit institutions in the world that received a certificate under the protection of clients within the framework of the “Smart Campaign”.
The final control of authorized certifier-‘MicroFinanza Rating’, showed harmonization of business practices with the protection of clients.
The International Financial Corporation, in cooperation with the Association of IMF’s in BiH (AMFI), began the implementation of the campaign “Accion Smart” last year, whose goal is the improvement of client protection of microcredit organizations.
‘’This certificate represents for us an added responsibility to improve our everyday work in the area of client protection through our activities. As owners of the certificate on client protection, we now have international confirmation that our client is in first place’’, said the Director of MKF Partner Senad Sinanović.
This standard introduces the protection of clients in all segments of business relations between clients and micro financing institutions.
MKF Partner will mark this year the 16th year of work as an organization that offers services of microcredits in both BiH entities and in Brčko district.
