Modern Sarajevo enriched with three remarkable Buildings (gallery)

[wzslider autoplay=”true”]South European Investment Company (SEIC) rounded out its first investment cycle that was crowned with representative objects in Sarajevo – Dvor, Marriott and the City Garden.

The company was founded in 2012, and their engagement is realized in the fields of business consulting, real estate and tourism. In particular, SEIC sees the real estate sector as an opportunity to create new values through investment in attractive locations, as announced from the company.

The first investment cycle ended recently with a total investment of about 22.7 million EUR, and it involved three facilities.

DVOR

The first of such facilities is Dvor, which represents modern architecture and high quality construction with its 41 apartments and ground floor reserved for commercial activities. These characteristics provide the status of a different life in the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is confirmed by the fact that almost all the flats found their new owners.

Dvor, whose investment totally amounted to 7.7 million EUR, has been nominated for the prize Mies van der Rohe, which is granted to extremely famous achievements of contemporary architecture, and delivered by representatives of the European Union, as said from the SEIC.

MARRIOTT

Another facility that has recently decorated our capital is the first branded hotel in Sarajevo – Residence Inn by Marriott, which offers a new concept of hotel service. This building, for whose construction is allocated 8 million EUR can be proud on excellent location close to the center of the city and the historical center.

Historical and cultural attractions of the city, restaurants and shopping centers are close to the guests of this hotel with 75 rooms. New member of the world’s largest hotel chain was opened on 25th of November 2014, and since then guests can enjoy a well-equipped one, two and three room apartments, with ergonomically designed workspace.

CITY GARDEN

The last and final project in the first investment cycle is the City Garden. Construction started in September 2013, and moving in at the end of last year, shortly after the completion of the works. The residential building City Garden offers 39 residential units, and the sale is still going on.

Seven million EUR worth residential and commercial building is located along the transit route over Čobanija, and contains apartments from 40 to 170 square meters, and apart from the access to cars from the street Ulica Mladih Muslimana, pedestrians can enter from the area of bridges Čobanija and Drvenija as well.

City Garden represents a green oasis with panoramic views of Sarajevo. The building is made of the finest materials including modern thermal and acoustic insulation and structured security system.

South European Investment Company announced a second investment cycle with new significant projects.
