The FBIH Ministry of Education and Science and Transparency International BiH (TI BiH) will organize tomorrow in Mostar a conference on the topic “Integrity of Higher Education in BiH”.
The conference will be held tomorrow in the Student Hotel beginning at 10:00. The FBIH Minister for Education will open it and Science Damir Mašić and the Executive Director of Transparency International of BiH Srđan Blagovčanin, announced the organizers.
In order to analyze the current situation and activities in the field of the promotion and prevention of corruption in higher education, at the conference they will review all current activities in this area, especially in the creation and adoption of plans for the integrity of higher education institutions. They will also speak about the application of the code of ethics and its improvement, as well as the participation of students in the process of bringing decisions and their activation in the evaluation of the work of the university and the prevention of corruption.
Participants and speakers at the conference will be representatives of ministries of education, deans of public universities in BiH, representatives of institutions from the region, as well as members of ethical committees of universities in BiH, and representatives of students and the nonprofit sector.
