Mostar Rose will be the First hotel in the B&H Category “Five Star International”

hotel2Works on construction of the hotel Rose are finally going as planned. After completion of works, Rose will become the first hotel in B&H that will have standards of the hotel category “Five Star International”.

Emir Keco, owner of the hotel Rose, said that if the works went as planned, the opening of the Rose is expected late this year or at the beginning of the next year.

According to him, after the construction of the hotel, tourism offer in Mostar, especially in the Old Town, will be completed. Rose will be a unique attraction for all the citizens of Mostar again, as well as for tourists who are in the visit, because even before the war Rose was one of the greatest symbols of Mostar. The hotel complex include around 200 rooms and a conference hall which will be able to accommodate more than 800 visitors,” said Keco.

The hotel will also contain rooms for meetings and seminars, and ballroom will stand out in particular, which, if necessary, will be able to be reconstructed in the three smaller rooms. Following the example of world standards, hotel Rose will contain spa and wellness center, and the roof will include an outdoor pool with areas for sitting and enjoying the sun Mostar. The hotel will include fast food for all fans of fast food, but it will also have two “five star” restaurants that will satisfy even the most demanding guests.

“The way out of a restaurant is leading to the Rose famous terrace where citizens of Mostar were used to come every day,” added Keco.

According to the owner of the hotel, the Rose will be part of one of the largest hotel chains in the world, and currently they are having serious negotiations with Hilton. The value of the project of construction of the Rose is almost 40 million EUR, while the contractor is the construction company MIP. A total of 320 workers will be hired at the complex.
