opcina-kakanjMunicipality Kakanj, through its development plans and programs, will offer a wide specter of benefits for future investors in the next period.

For the construction of facilities, investors receive a stimulus as an incentive in the form of cash funds from fees that are charged for rent and fees for organizing the construction site.

In addition, the investor has the right to be exempt from paying taxes for the use of construction land and utility charges for a period of five years from the date of obtaining approval for the use of the facility.

With the decision on municipal taxes on a prominent company, the decrease in the amount of taxes is determined in most of the sectors, and the release of certain taxes of the payers in full or for a certain period.

Taxpayers who began performing the registered activities during the current year are exempt from paying taxes on a prominent company for that year. When starting a business in Kakanj municipality, a number of other rights and benefits are provided, which allow easier business.
