The main hearing in the case of the murder of Adis Sehovic and Davor Vujinovic, which took place in October 2018, continued before the Sarajevo Cantonal Court.
Yesterday, the witness of the Prosecution of Canton Sarajevo (CS) was Elvis Keljmendi, who was mentioned earlier in the hearings in this court case. Namely, Melis Fiso, inspector of SIPA, testified at one of the earlier main hearings.
He then said that in the course of the investigation, in addition to the Sky application, data and evidence were collected from the Anom application, which is also most often used in the criminal milieu. In one of those conversations, the communication is led by Elvis Keljmendi, Aleksandar Nikolic, and Milos Bozovic.
On one occasion, Nikolic complained to Keljmendi that he was “invited to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to give his DNA”, to which Keljmendi replied that “they probably found outsomething new”, referring to the investigation into the murder of Sarajevo policemen, but that he had “a man in Pale” and that he will solve it.
During yesterday’s testimony, Keljmendi said that, according to his knowledge, Intelligence – Security Agency was involved in the investigation into the murder of policemen from the very beginning. He said that he was contacted by an associate of the former Intelligence – Security Agency chief Osman Mehmedagic Osmica – Muhamed Pekic.
“He asked me what information I had from the field and told me to report everything I hear and find out. After some time, I was having coffee with Denis Stojnic in his cafe, and soon Danijel Dzafic Dado joined us. He said that he had a man in Pale who knows where the vehicle and the rifle used by the killers of the Sarajevo policemen are. Dado said that this person is Srecko Mandic. Denis and Dado said that the Intelligence – Security Agency offers a million BAM reward if the location of the rifle and the vehicle is revealed. Because of Dado‘s statement, Denis then called Osmica, who sent two inspectors from the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ibro Beslija, and Sehovic, to the cafe,” Keljmendi testified.
He added that he shared this information through the Anom application with his friend from Pale, Aleksandar Nikolic, who told him that he was also called in connection with the murder of Sarajevo policemen and the provision of DNA samples.
Apart from Keljmendi, Srecko Mandic also testified, who said that he has a car repair shop in Pale. After him, Bozana Savictestified, who is the unmarried wife of the first accused SavoMarinkovic, as she said, Klix.ba reports.
