Siniša Petrić aka Zenica was extradited to Bosnia and Herzegovina and taken to the Foča Penitentiary.

Petrić, a multiple murderer, was taken to the penitentiary by members of the intervention judicial police of the Republic of Srpska and the Gendarmerie, it was confirmed for ATV.

He served a sentence of 15 years in prison in Spain, after which he requested that the rest of the sentence be served in BiH, which was granted by the District Court in Banja Luka.

The Banja Luka court accepted the judgment from Spain on February 11, 2020, and on February 1, 2023, the judgment of the District Court in Subotica would also be accepted.

Petrić was sentenced by the National Court of Spain to five years for organized crime and 10 years in prison for possessing a wartime arsenal of weapons and firearms. Luka Bojović and Vladimir Milisavljević from “Zemun” were sentenced together with him.
Petrić was sentenced to life imprisonment in Subotica in 1995, but in 1997 the Supreme Court of Serbia changed that sentence to 15 years in prison. He was then convicted for serious cases of robbery committed as part of a criminal group.

It was about a notorious group of killers led by Marinko Magda. According to the media in Serbia, the group massacred 14 people in Vojvodina and Hungary, Klix.ba writes.
