We just finished the Super-G race in which I finished in 16th place, which is, again, the best result for Bosnia and Herzegovina – said the best Bosnian skier Elvedina Muzaferija after the Super G race on the extremely demanding track of the Milan – Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
In the competition of 43 Olympians, Elvedina’s time was 1:25.85, and even 17 competitors failed to finish today’s race. This is her best result in her career so far and the best for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“It was ok, it could have been much better, but I am happy and satisfied and I will take this result with me for the future. I am also looking forward to the giant slalom race on February 15 and cheering for all our other athletes who compete until the end of the Olympic Games,” said the three-time Olympian, the BiH Olympic Committee announced.
