National Day of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan celebrated in BiH

PROSLAVA POVODOM NACIONALNOG DANA ISLAMSKE REPUBLIKE PAKISTAN (Foto)Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan BiH, organized the celebration on the occasion of the National Day of that country in Sarajevo last night.

The celebration was attended by a large number of people from public, cultural, political and religious life.

Guests were welcomed by the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in BiH, Muhammad Yousaf, who emphasized that Pakistan today can boast with excellent relations with almost all nations in the world.

He said that he will continue to strengthen friendly relations for the benefit, progress and development of Pakistan, but of the entire world as well.

“I am pleased to note that Pakistan and BiH enjoy excellent, I would say brotherly relations that are manifested through the enormous amount of good will that exist between two countries. Whether it was the earthquake in Pakistan, or floods in BiH, we stood side by side“, emphasized Yousaf.

He added that he is sure that such relations will continue to develop and that can serve as an example.

“Despite many challenges, Pakistan is progressing towards peace and development, we, as a nation, are committed to the preservation of our huge cultural heritage and national identity in order to bring peace, development and prosperity to Pakistan and the rest of the world“, concluded the Ambassador of Pakistan.

Pakistan Day, the 23rd Marc, is the National holiday, and represents the date of declaration of the first Constitution and proclaiming the Republic of Pakistan.
