National Geographic: Bosnia and Herzegovina Among 14 Top Destinations in 2015

rafting (2)The National Geographic selected the top destinations to visit in 2015. based on the best photos of the sites.

The fans of photography gathered within the community “Your Shot” posted hundreds of photos of the most impressive places in the world by using #BestoftheWorld. National Geographic selected the best ones.

Among these photos, there is also a photo of rafting in Bosnia and Herzegovina made by user Yosuke Kashiwakura. It’s entitled “Unstoppable” and was taken in 2009. during the World Championship in rafting on the rivers Vrbas and Tara.

“A team of six people is descending the overfalls in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Whilst they can easily roll over any second they still seem united and focus all their energy towards controlling the boat.” – is written under the photo.
