Negotiations of party leaders on the formation of state authorities, hence the Council of Ministers of BiH, began on Monday in the BiH Presidency building in Sarajevo.
The meeting is attended by HDZ BiH leaders Dragan Covic, SDA Bakir Izetbegovic and SNSD Milorad Dodik, who did not give statements to gathered journalists before the start of the meeting.
Dodik announced during the day that the meeting would be held and that they would have a final statement on principles related to state-level government formation.
He emphasized that no coalition – neither political nor program – is being made at the level of BiH.
