Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan who said that Israel’s actions in Gaza are no different from Adolf Hitler’s crimes.
“Erdogan, who is carrying out genocide against the Kurds and holds the world record for the number of journalists in jail who oppose his rule, is the last moralist we need,” Netanyahu said.
He claims that the IDF is the most moral army in the world.
“It is fighting to eliminate the most despicable and brutal terrorist organization in the world, Hamas-ISIL, which has committed crimes against humanity and Erdogan is praising it and hosting its high officials,” the Israeli prime minister said.
War Cabinet Minister Benny Gantz also criticized Erdogan, saying his statements were a “clear distortion of reality and a desecration of the memory of the Holocaust.”, Klix.ba reports.
