New Doctors to be employed in Canton Sarajevo

Today, the Government of the Sarajevo Canton gave its consent to the Public Institution Health Center of the Sarajevo Canton for the employment of 16 medical doctors for an indefinite period of time.

According to the statement, having in mind the fact that this institution has a constant outflow of medical doctors, caused by retirements, as well as specialization in other institutions, it is necessary to hire the said staff for the needs of the Family Medicine Service of the Canton Sarajevo.

Health Centers are particularly exposed to increased workload during the coronavirus pandemic. Public Institution Dom zdravlja Canton Sarajevo has secured financial resources for the engagement of the stated number of medical doctors.
