Explosions were heard in Tehran on Wednesday as the Israeli military launched fresh airstrikes on the Iranian capital.
The Israeli military said in a statement that warplanes were currently targeting Iranian military targets in Tehran.
Iranian media confirmed that explosions were heard in eastern Tehran, with smoke visible from the area.
