New Settlements for wealthy Buyers from Arab Countries

New settlements for wealthy buyers from Arab countries are nearing their completion or are planned in Bosnia and Herzegovina. One of them is Visoko Mountain Resort which is being promoted on social networks these days.

The investor is Dubai & Bosnia Real Estate Development. The complex consists of 15 villas, of which 5 are independent and the other 10 are in duplexes. These are luxury homes with 3 to 5 bedrooms.

The Internet and Facebook page does not indicate the stage of realization of this project. The houses are not intended for Arab buyers only, but that can be assumed since the website is in English and Arabic and the company has offices in Visoko and Dubai.

The construction of settlements for Arab buyers was in expansion for a while, but most projects were suspended or abandoned.

One of the main reasons for the delay in the construction of such settlements is the fact that citizens of Arab countries as natural persons cannot be owners of real estate in BiH.
