With a solemn reception for distinguished guests from Central Bosnia Canton, the customer care center of the company Telemach in Travnik officially opened its doors to the existing and future users at a new address – Konatur 10E (building ”Amerikanka”, across the Municipality), in the heart of Travnik.
The official opening was attended by numerous officials from public and political life of B&H, and the Director of sales, user relations and marketing of the company Telemach Kenan Djonko addressed the guests.
”Opening of the new customer care center at a new location means a lot greater availability of Telemach services for all citizens of Travnik. Our new showroom center pushes the limits of former way of selling and user experience, and the citizens and business entities from Central Bosnia Canton can directly assure themselves about that at this location as of today. Telemach is a domestic company recognizable for always keeping up with the latest technologies, and the new environment in accordance with the latest spatial and conceptual design in Travnik is just another proof that confirms it. It is also worth mentioning that, besides offering the most favorable fixed telephony, as of recently we also offer UNIFI – free internet at more than 3.000 locations in the region, among which are certainly those in Travnik as well”, said Djonko.
The attendees were also addressed by the Director of access network of Telemach B&H and the Director for the area of Central Bosnia Canton Adis Bajrami, who said:
”We are proud of the fact that we can now welcome the customers in an even more beautiful ambience where they can get all possible information, starting from getting informed on our packages, current actions, as well as to simply test all of our services, which are unique and most favorable on the market, in a cozy atmosphere. The new Customer Care Center will also be intended for the users of MH Company, VKT and BHM companies from the Central Bosnia Canton, which are a part of Telemach group as of recently”.
The new Telemach Customer Care Center at the address Konatur 10E is open for all visitors in the period from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. To all those interested, the center offers a possibility to personally witness the speed of internet and the quality of digital television D3, D3 GO services, Total TV, and other advanced services. It is also possible to sign a contract for one of Telemach services at this location, as well as to pay the bills and give suggestions. By the opening of the office in Travnik, the company Telemach also published the announcement for the reception of new employees. The competition is open until September 18th, it was announced from Telemach.
