The Italian nonprofit organization ‘Luciano Lama’ has been active in B&H for 20 years, and deals with activities in providing assistance and education, intended for orphans, children and youth.
So far, they have organized 42 trips to Italy, and on this occasion Italian parents from the regions of Sicily and Molise hosted around 15.000 children from various B&H orphanages.
This year as well, ‘Luciano Lama’ helped three hundred children who returned to B&H in the last few days.
On this occasion, the Ambassador of Italy to B&H Ruggero Corrias will receive at the Italian Embassy in Sarajevo. today a delegation of representatives of the NGO ‘Luciano Lama’, B&H institutions, orphanages and institutions who have for years contributed to the success of this initiative, with the aim of evaluating the testimony of solidarity and friendship between Italy and B&H.
