Members of the “Night Wolves” (Nocni Vukovi) Motorcycle Club from Republika Srpska (RS) arrived at the Gomionica Monastery to mark Vidovdan, the baptismal feast of the former RS Army. Their leaders were previously banned from entering Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) because they pose a security threat.

Their leaders, Aleksandar Zaldastanov Hirurg and the president of the Serbian branch of this organization, Sasa Savic, were banned from entering BiH four years ago because they are people who are a threat to security.

“Night wolves” present themselves as bikers, some media call them “Putin’s brothers”.

Alternative TV reports that this is the traditional Vidovdan ride of “Night Wolves”, in which several hundred motorcyclists from RS and the region participate.

In the monastery of Gomionica near Banja Luka, a memorial service was held for the killed Serbian fighters from the Battle of Kosovo until today on the occasion of Vidovdan, the baptismal feast of the RS Army and the Third Infantry Regiment of RS.

The liturgy and memorial service were attended by the command of the Third Infantry of the RS Regiment, led by Commander Milorad Krajsumovic, Deputy Minister of Defense of BiH Mirko Okolic, Director of the Secretariat for Religions of the RS Dragan Davidovic and citizens and believers.

The commemoration was attended by RS President Zeljka Cvijanovic, BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik and RS Prime Minister Radovan Viskovic, Klix.ba writes.
