Nijaz Stitkovac will be the new Minister of Health in Sarajevo Canton

Doctor Nijaz Stitkovac will be the new Minister of Health in Sarajevo Canton, this was confirmed to Fena news agency by Sead Milavica from the Democratic Front.

Stitkovac is an otorhinolaryngologist, and during the war he was in his hometown of Zepa as a member of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, working as a doctor and serving as chief of medical services in the Zepa Brigade and War Hospital until the fall of the enclave in July 1995.

The former Minister of Health in Canton Sarajevo, Rusmir Mesihovic, resigned due to health reasons.
