At today’s session, Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina, with two votes in favor (Zeljko Komsic and Sefik Dzaferovic) and one vote against (Milorad Dodik), adopted the conclusion setting March 2 and March 3, 2020 as the date of the official visit of Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic.

Bosnian Presidency Member Dodik declared the conclusion destructive of vital entity interest.

Bosnian Presidency, with two votes in favor (Zeljko Komsic and Sefik Dzaferovic) and one vote against (Milorad Dodik), has decided to accept the Status Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Union on activities implemented by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Dodik declared the decision destructive of vital entity interest. Bosnian Presidency Member Milorad Dodik will submit statements of the said conclusion and decision in writing to the BiH Presidency members and the Republika Srpska National Assembly. If the Assembly confirms the statements within ten days, the said conclusion and decision of the BiH Presidency shall not enter into force.

The BiH Presidency did not, after discussion, vote with two votes (Zeljko Komsic and Sefik Dzaferovic) and one vote against (Milorad Dodik) to reach a consensus on decisions to conclude agreements, treaties and decisions on ratifications, and the BiH Presidency Chairman will, in accordance with Article 42 of the Rules of Procedure of the Presidency of BiH (Official Gazette of BiH, Nos. 10/13, 32/13 and 22/14), make these points mandatory at the next session of the BiH Presidency, the BiH Presidency announced.
