Session of the commission commenced at 1 pm, after the Collegium was held at which the events in Stolac were included in the agenda.

Three members of CIK voted for inclusion of this item on the agenda, while four members were against. Votes for the inclusion came from the President of CIK Ahmet Šantić and members Irena Hadžiabdić and Suad Arnautović.

After such outcome of the voting, a break of 15 minutes was made with the aim of reaching a consensus for the agenda.

Session continued after the break, and 11 items were on the agenda.
