Number of completed Dwellings in BiH increased for 42.1%

apartmentsIn the first quarter of 2017 number of completed dwellings was 290, which represents a nominal decrease of 42.1% in comparison with the same period in 2016. Number of uncompleted dwellings at the end of the first quarter of 2017 was 3.150 and represents increase by 8.7% in comparison with the same period of last year.

Number of building permits issued in the first quarter of 2017, compared to the average number of building permits issued in 2016, increased by 1.9% and compared to the first quarter of 2016, increased by 16.2%.

Number of dwellings planned for construction in the first quarter of 2017, compared to the average number of dwellings planned for construction in 2016, increased by 4.1% and compared to the first quarter of 2016, increased by 74.0%.

The average price of new dwellings sold in the first quarter of 2017 is 1.717 KM. In comparison with the average price of new dwellings sold in 2016, the average price is increased by 10.0% and compared to the first quarter of 2016 is increased by 14.0%.

The number of new dwellings sold in the first quarter of 2017 is increased by 17.3% in comparison to the first quarter of 2016. In comparison to the average number of new dwellings sold in 2016 is decreased by 17.4%.

Useful floor area of new dwellings sold in the first quarter of 2017, compared to the first quarter of 2016, is increased by 21.9% and compared to the average floor area of new dwellings sold in 2016 is decreased by 20.0%
