According to the data of the most popular booking website Booking.com, the number of accommodation capacities in Sarajevo, which they have in their offer, achieved an increase of 100% in the past year.
Last year in August, total of 205 accommodation units was registered in Sarajevo, while in the same month this year a total of 407 accommodation units has been reported in Sarajevo.
Last year on the opening day of the Sarajevo Film Festival (SFF) 80 % of total accommodation capacities in Sarajevo was reserved, while this year, 6 days before the festival, 71 % of the units is reserved.
The situation is changing by every minute, and it is expected that, if the reservations of accommodation continue with this dynamics, percentage will increase to 90 % on the first day of the SFF.
