12939631_1144194102298211_1622366485_nThe Labor Law of FBIH was adopted yesterday at the session of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of FBiH. This was the second declaration of the House of Peoples about that law.

This law was adopted for the first time on July 30 last year. However, on February 17 the Constitutional Court of BiH decided to return it to the House of People as a proposal, because the session of July, actually the part of the session when decisions about the law were made, has not been executed in accordance with the Rules of Procedure and thus neither with the Constitution of the FBiH.

Soon after the session held in July, a group of 17 delegates requested manifestation by the Constitutional Court of BiH, stating that they have not been given enough time to propose amendments.

The law, in form of a proposal, was included in the agenda yesterday. There were amendments, but they were rejected with the majority of votes.

The Constitutional Court did not go into the merits of the law, stated the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of FBiH, Vesko Drljača.
