“The largest Saudi real estate company Dar Al Arkan is planning to start a business in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), where potential projects are already being sought, the Arab media said yesterday, “ BiznisInfo writes.

This information has been announced yesterday by some Saudi media, not giving many details.

“The company seeks the opportunity to expand to other markets, and is currently considering launching projects in BiH and London, “ the Arab media reported.

The headquarter of the company is in Riyadh, and its shares are traded on the Saudi Stock Exchange.

The company has a capital of 10.8 billion Saudi riyals (about 2.5 billion euros) and real estate worth 25 billion riyals (about 5.6 billion euros), spreading to as much as 36.4 million square meters.

That is why it is one of the largest companies in the entire Middle East in the area of real estate.

The firm is engaged in the construction, sale, and management of real estate in the area of modern housing, entire settlements (communities), business premises as well as shopping malls.

Currently, it is not known what kind of projects are required in BiH.
