CEC Announced Data on Presidency Members’ Income and Property

The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (in Bosnian: CIK BiH) has published on its website the property cards of politicians, i.e. elected officials in the authority of our country.

The property cards of members of the Presidency of BiH, the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH (PSBIH), the House of Representatives of Federation of BiH (FBiH) Parliament, the Republika Srpska (RS) National Assembly, the RS President and Vice-President, and the FBiH Assembly of cantons from 2013 have been published.

Property card of Dragan Covic, Chairman of the BiH Presidency, was published with needed data from 2013. As stated in this Act, his total revenues in that year amounted to 90.034 BAM. Also, Covic has stated in the property card that he has a loan of 150.000 BAM. He mentioned that his wife Bernardica Covic had revenue of 32.000 BAM in 2013.

The Serbian member of the BiH Presidency, Mladen Ivanic, in that year had total revenue of 88.000 BAM. In a separate item he stated that he owned the property of 274.000 BAM, more precisely the apartment that costed 140.000 BAM, part of the cottage in Montenegro of 40.000 BAM, and also the car Mercedes ML 320 CDI, which costed 35.000 BAM. He stated that he had funds in the bank account of 14.000 BAM and that he had a cash of 45.000 BAM.

Ivanic pointed out that he had 50.000 BAM of expenditures abroad.

Bosniak member of the BiH Presidency, Bakir Izetbegovic, in 2013 earned 67.185 BAM. He stated in the property card that he owned property worth 185.000 BAM. Izetbegovic pointed out that he owned 50 percent of the house worth 125.000 BAM, and 50 percent of the land worth 60.000 BAM. Izetbegovic said he had a loan of 67.000 BAM.

He said that his wife, Sebija Izetbegovic, had gained 85.681 BAM in 2013, and had a property worth 335.000 BAM. Her liabilities in abroad, according to this information, amount to 33.495 BAM.

RS President, Milorad Dodik, according to information from the property card in 2013, had revenue of 247.194 BAM. Dodik is the owner of a property worth 2.829.646 BAM, consisting of two houses and three apartments in BiH and Serbia, the car, and shares. Additionally, Dodik stated that he had a loan at Pavlovic bank worth 1.096 million BAM. His wife earned 214.505 BAM in that year.
