Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH’s) Council of Ministers of BiH has established a Proposal for a Second Amendment to the Grant Agreement between the Council of Europe Development Bank and Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the Regional Housing Program.

Since the costs of the second subproject under the State Housing Assistance Project “Securing Residential Homes for 780 Homes for Return” are higher than originally estimated, the Donors’ Assembly has approved an increase in the amount of 1,000,000 Euros.

The funds will be used to design of 235 houses and revision of projects for 380 flats and technical sustainability measures for the construction or reconstruction of electricity and water supply infrastructure that is not listed in the subproject.

This project will provide houses and flats to 750 refugees, internally displaced and returnee families (370 in FBiH and 380 in RS), and the construction and extension of 30 houses for local integration of refugees from Croatia.
