The BiH Presidency has not reached a Consensus on the Foreign Policy

At the 22nd regular session of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) which was held yesterday, the chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Zeljko Komsic, and the member of the Presidency of BiH, Sefik Dzaferovic, voted for all items on the agenda, while the Serbian member of the Presidency of BiH, Milorad Dodik, voted against.

The Presidency of BiH, after voting with two votes in favor (BiH Presidency Chairman Zeljko Komsic and BiH Presidency member Sefik Dzaferovic) and one vote against (Serbian Presidency member Milorad Dodik), did not reach a consensus when it comes to the field of foreign policy decisions.

In accordance with Article 42 of the Rules of Procedure of the Presidency of BiH, due to the lack of consensus, the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH will necessarily include some of the items from the first agenda at the agenda of the next session of the BiH Presidency.

Conclusions and decisions for some items on the agenda in the field of foreign policy, which were previously on the agenda of the session of the Presidency of BiH, and for which noconsensus has been reached yesterday, in accordance with Article 42 of the Rules of Procedure of the Presidency of BiH, Serbian Presidency member Dodik, declared it destructive for the vital entity interest.

The Presidency of BiH, after voting with two votes in favor and one vote against, did not reach a consensus on decisions in the field of initiating negotiations for concluding international agreements, accepting agreements and appointing signatories, as well as giving approval for concluding agreements under the Decision of the BiH Presidency.

Conclusions and decisions for some items on the agenda in the field of initiating negotiations for concluding international agreements, accepting agreements and appointing signatories, and giving approval for concluding agreements under the Decision of the Presidency of BiH, which were previously on the agenda of the Presidency of BiH, and for which no consensus has been reached yesterday, in accordance with Article 42 of the Rules of Procedure of the Presidency of BiH, the Serbian member of the Presidency of BiH, Milorad Dodik, declared destructive the vital entity interest.
